NFL Week 8 Office Pool Picks | Coach Bob’s Office Pool Picks

Last week was another solid one—11 wins, 4 losses, 100 points on the board, and we’re sitting 5th in the standings with 631 total season points. That’s how you stay in the hunt: consistent, disciplined play, week after week.

This week’s board has some clean mismatches and a few tricky spots, but overall, the top of the card feels strong. Let’s start with the straight-up winners I’m most confident in.

Safest Picks (Top Tier)

13 – Colts over Titans
Indianapolis is playing bully ball up front, and the Titans can’t handle physical fronts. The Colts’ offense is efficient on early downs, and their defense forces long-yardage situations.

12 – Chiefs over Commanders
Mahomes at home in Arrowhead is nearly automatic. Washington’s secondary has been shredded by any offense with tempo, and Kansas City brings just that.

11 – Bills over Panthers
Buffalo’s offense ranks among the best in both yards and red-zone conversion rate. Carolina’s defense is scrappy, but the Bills’ balance wins this one late.

10 – Falcons over Dolphins
Atlanta is top-3 in offensive production and controls the clock. Miami’s defense is near the bottom of the league against the run—expect Atlanta to grind this one out.

9 – Patriots over Browns
New England’s defensive structure is designed to erase limited passing games, and that’s exactly what Cleveland has right now. The Pats stay disciplined and control possession.

8 – Eagles over Giants
Philadelphia’s home dominance against New York speaks for itself. The Eagles’ offensive line has been elite in pass protection, and Hurts will make enough plays through the air to keep the streak alive.

Solid Picks (Middle Tier)

7 – Bengals over Jets
The Bengals’ passing attack should find success against a Jets defense that gives up explosive plays. Expect Cincy to control time of possession and win comfortably.

6 – Ravens over Bears
The Ravens’ offense has been inconsistent, but Chicago’s inability to score on the road keeps this one in Baltimore’s favor.

5 – Buccaneers over Saints
Tampa Bay’s offense is too balanced for New Orleans to keep up. The Bucs’ front seven will collapse the pocket and limit any big plays.

4 – Broncos over Cowboys
This comes down to defense and altitude. Denver’s front four controls tempo, forcing Dallas to throw into tight coverage all afternoon.

3 – Packers over Steelers
Green Bay’s defense has quietly been top-10 in efficiency, and the Steelers continue to rely on short, low-yield plays. Rodgers and company pull it out late.
